Born and raised in the surbhurb of Transmara, Hon Joel is well conversant with the terrains of Kilgoris and it’s environments.

He wish to sprouts Kilgoris to another level of development and prosperity. He had been seen engaging the youths in their time of need especially this time of Covid19. He has not tire in making sure youths gets balls to get them busy from engaging immoral behaviors besides he bought masks to go in hand with the MOH guidelines to conbact COVID19.
