When leaders reach positions of influence, they should focus on building strong institutions for accountability and educate people about the importance of broad accountability for a successful society development.
Our leaders can advance civil society growth, poverty reduction, economic expansion, and innovation in Kilgoris and Narok county at large by strengthening the participation of women and youth, promoting human rights, facilitating access to justice, and ensuring inclusion of all communities.

The ideal supportive leader Like Hon Joel Ole Tasur does not aim to achieve all goals by herself. Instead, he views himself as a coach of a team. So, as a team member, he not only sets the rules and milestones but also accepts any recommendations for changes.



Put simply, a supportive leader is one who keeps the channels of communication open, accepting corrections, criticisms, and suggestions where necessary.
So far Hon Joel Ole Tasur has donated over 100 balls to various groups and football teams of youths and over 5000 facemask to youths in all 6 wards in Kilgoris Constituency ahead of his tournament cup coming up this September.
The Youths are being engaged to bike busy during this pandemic crisis that has halted schools and churches.
